Our Cedar Sauna is available for preparation and focus
before Yoga, or to re-awaken and maintain the energy that
was gained during the practice. The Yoga studio is a
450 sq ft Yurt nestled down by the water in our Cove.
Practices flow with the calming sound of the waves and an
unrivaled view of Tofino’s ocean and islands.

Spa Services and an on-site Ayurvedic Doctor and Consultant
bring extra insight into how to preserve the feeling of health
and well-being that was slowly gained over the
